I don't know if you guys have been watching the Olympics that much, but today was the first time i traveled into Vancouver, and it was INSANE! The streets are fill with people just partying. Whenever I've been taking public transport everyone just seems overly friendly. I just wanted to see if any of you have been watching or "Experiencing" the Olympics.

Haven't been Downtown since the last torch relay day.

I might be going to Damian Marley and Classified though..

Also, Canada hasn't been getting much competition in hockey...
18 - 0, 12 - 1 (or something), 8 -0...except for that game against...one of the Sw's..

That's women's hockey, the only purpose of that existing is for Canada or the US to win a gold, none of the other countries take women's hockey seriously at all. That switz game was embarrassing, no idea how a team of NHL all stars and arguably the best goalie in the league right now managed to go to OT with a bunch of AHL's and local league players. It'll get more intense starting with the game against the states, and then the czechs, russians and sweds should all prove to be a challenge. Hockey's really the only sport that I hope Canada wins a gold in though.

I am drunk as fuck. amd completely agree with 2.0. Team Canada was a fucking joke this year. The fact that Canada went into a shootout with Switzerland is a fucking embarassment. We should have lost that game the way they played. Fucking Crosby is such a piece of shit.

I wish we had lost so that Team Canada would learn their lesson. Basically any single member of Canada's first line made more than Switzerland's entire team put together.

Sidney Crosby is a piece of shit? That must be the schnapps talking.

re: womens hockey, Some of the worst stick-handling I've ever seen. Most of the games I've seen have just looked incredibly sloppy.

That American goalie is a beast though, and she can catch my pucks whenever she wants if you get my drift.

edit: Not Schnapps. Molson Ice. My bad.

I hate Crosby because he is a whiny little bitch haha. Cant stand that kid. The other day an announcer compared him to Gretzky and I almost threw my TV out the window

Crosby's alright, but he was pretty bad that game despite making up for it by scoring the winning goal but yeah he has a bitchy attitude and in my opinion, no matter what he accomplishes he'll never be recognized quite the same way Gretzky is.
